Tempo Prepared Meal Subscription Review (2026): Surprisingly Tasty

https://fed.brid.gy/r/https://www.wired.com/review/tempo-prepared-meal-delivery-subscription/

So I walk 3 miles... (that was good)
Then after that I run 2.2 miles on my treadmill. :)
Both pretty good experiences...
I did a good job today...
Wasn't sure if I wanted to run or not but I did...
To do both so successfully in one day is really good/kinda amazing...
:)

Anyways is it a good idea to record myself running a little or what? Had someone tell me i should do that before...
I don't know if i really want to do that or if it would be enticing in any way but...

Anyways I don't even feel like doing much these days...
My life has lost a certain quality of me actually caring which is kinda sad but I think what I've traded that for is probably definitely worth it...
And its really only a mindset anyways... my mindset used to be that everything i do matters/makes history and all my decisions and accomplishments no matter how small really matter too...
Now I've been accomplishing all sorts of stuff (really big stuff) but i don't care...
Now I think and feel differently...
I'm not as alone anymore...
I do get fed up...

I have to say the downside about having such a positive emotional experience with my exercise today was that I was left kinda raw in a way that I was easily set off by my dad not wanting to drive me to one of the local taquerias before they closed and just seemingly not giving a shit about my wellbeing or whether I starve or not or have to eat some old low quality shit thats been sitting in the bottom of the freezer for years or whatever...
Basically I felt more deeply at that point... but we did get some stuff done regarding putting together my workstation tonight and I ultimately did eat after failing to order pizza, I had the same stuff I've been having, cereal and tamale, but that's better than nothing and it was just complimented by some dark chocolate that I found so thats nice :). (That's supposed to be good for you given that it seems to be relatively good quality dark chocolate from trader Joe's...)
I've been losing weight too...
And I'm sure my particularly successful day of exercise today will contribute to that...
And I didn't do a terrible job at eating afterwards... the tamale probably isn't gonna make me put on weight and the cereal is the sh*t from trader joes that has a good balance of sugar with other stuff I think like fiber so that shouldn't be too bad and I had it in almond milk that doesn't seem to have any added sugar...

Also with my music watching I'm doing pretty good... I changed out the shuffle function I've been using for years that sucks called random.shuffle (i guess I assumed that since its standard it should work well...) for one thats supposed to be much better secrets._sysrand.shuffle and I'm looking forward to using that for the first time likely tomorrow...
I've been adding a bunch to my playlist and now I've been adding a bunch of kpop pre 2014 going all the way back to the late 90's...
That stuff tends to be really good...
Classics.

Omg I stopped typing for a moment and reflected on something and I had a realization...: I was failing at ordering pizza for my and my brother from pizza guys because actually getting pizza was too complicated/confusing and expensive that it was very discouraging... that was the fail... but actually what I can do is just order like their fucking simpler items like the cheese/white sauce and bacon twists or whatever those are and like cheese bread and maybe f*cking churros or whatever and that's a lot better than trying to get pizza :)
Issue is that to get a premium pizza from there that I actually wanna eat and feel good about eating with veggies and chicken and white sauce costs probably north or $20...
And that's without even getting my brother anything or my mom anything (getting my mom something would involve getting a half of that premium pizza without much veggies which is just really painful for me if im gonna spend a bunch of money on it given that i much prefer it with the veggies and artichoke hearts n sht...)
So yeah that's nice...
Next time I need decent food past 8pm and theres nothing around without emptying my bank account on sht I feel dissatisfied about i know what to do...

:)
