This is reported by The Sunday Times, citing Ukrainian intelligence. There are at least five known cases of possible cannibalism among Russian soldiers in eastern Ukraine due to food shortages in the winter.

In one episode, an occupier with the call sign “Khromay” allegedly killed two comrades near Myrnohrad in the Donetsk region and tried to eat part of the body.
