My first post on this beer-friendly server! I am enjoying my #homebrewed red ale, part of a six gallon batch:
4 lbs Munich malt
2 lbs, 14oz pale malt
2 lbs rye malt
1 lb biscuit malt
1 lb caramel malt 60L
2 oz roasted barley
Chinook hops: .5oz 60min boil, .5oz 30 min, .5oz 15min, .5oz 0 min

We bottled and corked about 40 liters of
#HomeBrewed #cider in Dec. It's aging in a dark, cool room for now. We used recycled bottles and corks. The juice was pressed about 90% from our own apples. If the pears keep growing well, pear cider next.

Hab noch altes Bier im Keller gefunden. Vor drei Jahren selbstgebrautes Strong Ale. Single Hop Zeus. Krass, wie sich das über die Zeit entwickelt hat 🤤
