In case anyone wondered about making a vegan version of pastina al formaggino, Good Plant's smoked gouda wedges did melt pretty well into the pasta water. I used 2 with 100g of stelline.
Sodele - müd - satt - Couch .. heute gab's Sauerkraut mit 4 Sojabigsteaks (vorher angebraten und zerzupft) .. die restlichen 6 Stück hab ich für morgen grob nach folgendem Rezept mariniert, dann wird endlich die Grillsaison eingeläutet

I didn't realize how dependent I am on soy sauce until my shipment of ultra low sodium gallons gets caught up in "weather". My meal plans for the rest of the week are shot.

O...M...G! Y'all, this recipe is soooooo good. I only made 2 changes and they both worked: a hefty splash of white wine (I used NA cooking sherry) and chopped spinach (I didn't have enough peas). Also, the recipe recommends sprinkling more parm, do that!! I have been using their parm recipe for years, it's really good!
