At 10 degrees Celsius—optimum temp for a run. My watch shouted at me less about being out of Zone 2. I kept this easy run eeeaaaassssyyyy.

So grateful for #parkrun a community for runners at all different levels. Great way to start my weekends. I often use it as a recovery run. Was great today not chasing any PBs etc besides embracing the easy run.

The easy / recovery run isn’t easy sometimes. It can be hard to hold back when you can run & want to run faster. Sometimes I do it right, this Saturday’s run was so hard in terms of holding back.
