Prima la violenta rissa scoppiata tra i binari della stazione di Milano-Certosa, poi l’accoltellamento. Un 22enne, Gianluca Ibarra Silvera, è morto nella notte all’ospedale Fatebenefratelli dove era stato ricoverato con urgenza dopo essere stato ferito gravemente. Stando alle prime ricostruzioni, alla lite avrebbero preso parte almeno una decina di persone di origine sudamericana, che, all’arrivo della polizia, sono fuggite su un treno facendo perdere le proprie tracce. Gli agenti indagano per chiarire la dinamica dell’aggressione e definire i responsabili.
Il giovane è nato in Italia da una famiglia originaria dell’Ecuador: è morto in ospedale verso le 2 di notte per arresto cardiocircolatorio a seguito di una grossa ferita da arma da taglio alla gmaba. La rissa è scoppiata nella stazione poco dopo le 22 in via Mambretti, nel capoluogo lombardo e le condizioni dei Silvera sono apparse subito gravi. Prima dell’arrivo in ospedale il 22enne aveva avuto bisogno delle manovre di rianimazione e di una prima stabilizzazione. Il tutto è avvenuto all’altezza del binario 6, secondo quanto riferiscono i soccorritori del 118, intervenuti con due ambulanze e un’automedica. Insieme al ragazzo c’erano i suoi fratelli quando è stato accerchiato dal branco: uno di loro è stato portato all’ospedale Sacco in codice verde, con leggere abrasioni alla mano e alla gamba destra.

After twelve years, “I Cesaroni” have returned to Canale 5 with the seventh season directed by Claudia Amendola. A cult series that was initially welcomed with excellent ratings – 3,486,000 viewers and 22.6% share – but whose numbers subsequently fell and then became alarming as the weeks passed. Last Monday’s episode garnered only 2,164,000 viewers with 13% share, figures that suggest a definitive end to the series, completely dismissing the possibility of producing an eighth season.

From late April, Mediaset decided to change its fiction programming, broadcasting only one episode, airing between 10 pm and 11 pm, immediately after “The Wheel of Fortune.” This strategy did not yield the hoped-for results, hence the reversal. Following tonight’s broadcast, the last two episodes of “I Cesaroni,” the eleventh and twelfth, will be aired on June 11th. A double ending for what should be, barring surprises, the definitive farewell.

The 10 pm broadcast did not convince even the protagonist and director, Claudio Amendola: “We have a huge young audience, teenagers who go to school the day after. If you lose your son because he goes to sleep, you also lose the parent who might decide to watch the episode the next day with their son on Infinity. The ‘first late-night’ – as someone calls it – is not a novelty. It has become a theme,” he stated to “Non è la Tv,” Fanpage.it’s format. “We expected that a portion of the audience wouldn't find the same things that brought them to be fans,” Amendola explained.

Obviously we spoke within the group: if I had been the only one to have this feeling it would have been a bit different.”

The leader of the general classification then thanked the organizers and the jury for meeting the riders' requests: "As riders we must be happy that they meet our requests.” However, the choice was not to everyone’s liking. Among fans and industry professionals, some consider the neutralization to be excessive, while purists wrinkle their noses. But the organizers preferred to prioritize the riders’ requests.

Se ne parla poco, ma la povertà in Italia è un problema serio. A ricordarlo è un report dell’UNICEF, secondo cui il 23% dei bambini italiani vive in famiglie con un reddito inferiore al 60% della media nazionale. Calcolatrice alla mano, si tratta di quasi un minore su quattro che vive al di sotto della soglia di povertà.
Il documento, intitolato “Opportunità disuguali – Bambini e disuguaglianza economica”, delinea un Paese in grande difficoltà. L’Italia occupa infatti il dodicesimo posto nella classifica sul benessere dei bambini tra 37 Paesi analizzati. Va leggermente meglio soltanto sul fronte del benessere mentale, dove il nostro Paese si colloca al decimo posto. Sensibilmente peggiore, invece, la situazione relativa alla salute fisica, che vede l’Italia al diciassettesimo posto, e alle competenze scolastiche, ambito nel quale scivoliamo addirittura al venticinquesimo posto.

A rendere il quadro ancora più preoccupante è il confronto con gli altri Paesi inclusi nel rapporto. In questa speciale classifica, l’Italia si colloca al ventiduesimo posto su quaranta per quanto riguarda la disparità di reddito, con il quintile più ricco della popolazione che guadagna 5,35 volte più del quintile più povero. Ancora peggiore il dato relativo alla povertà infantile: il nostro Paese precipita al trentesimo posto, con un tasso pari al 23,2%.
Per quanto riguarda il divario nelle competenze di base in matematica e lettura tra i bambini provenienti dalle famiglie più abbienti e quelli provenienti da nuclei economicamente più fragili, l’Italia si assesta al quindicesimo posto.
“La disuguaglianza influisce profondamente sul modo in cui i bambini imparano, su ciò che mangiano e su come vivono la loro vita”, ha dichiarato Bo Viktor Nylund, direttore di UNICEF Innocenti. “Per limitare gli effetti più gravi della disuguaglianza, dobbiamo investire con urgenza nella salute, nella nutrizione e nell’istruzione dei bambini delle comunità più vulnerabili”.
