Is there an issuetracker for #asahilinux vor #fedora #f42? I am New to Asahilinux and encounter a Symptom that my external HDMI monitor does not recover correctly from PC standby. After standby recovery of the Mac I can see two quick messages: first one detects the external monitor and a second later a disconnect message is reported and the external monitor stays in standby.
Even disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable does not help. Logoff/logon does not help either but a simple reboot.

So, I’ve basically reinstalled the system from a USB drive and am now restoring #backups. Luckily, I backed up all the #Dotfiles and configurations and so the #desktop is behaving as before, which is a big relief. On the up side, it’s booting a lot faster and the #disk has #btrfs #partition, rather than #Ext4.

For the first time, I had real problems with #upgrading my #Fedora #GNU #Linux operating system. I ended up getting a useless system (by which I mean, it would boot but would never give me a log in screen, like #sddm, nor would the #keyboard respond, except the power button and there were no #VirtualTerminals to log in to either).
