Ich mag dieses #Dock von #Gnome sehr!

Gerade weil man es nicht auf die komplette Breite des Bildschirms einstellen muss, sondern auch so eine Insel haben kann, dann kann der Platz daneben für kleinere Dinge verwendet werden, wie bspw. einem Musik Player!

Die #Extension heißt "Dash To Dock".

Endlich vernünftig arbeiten! Mein altes Dell TB16 Dock wurde vom neuen Laptop leider nicht ganz korrekt erkannt. USB-Geräte schon, aber ein Bild war dem Dock leider nicht zu entlocken. Zumindest nicht auf den DisplayPort Schnittstellen.

Weil das Dock sowieso eher unzuverlässig war und schon relativ betagt (und laut!) war, habe ich mir ein gebrauchtes Dell WD22TB4 bestellt.

Anstecken - läuft. Hoffentlich bleibt das so.
