I recently received two 27" Apple Thunderbolt displays that another group at my university was retiring. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any Thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapter cables. The official Apple adapters are 55€ a piece, which is not exactly cheap.
Is there a less expensive option, e.g. a third-party adapter, that can be used to connect the displays to a recent (Apple Silicon) Mac?
