So I’ve been trying out #vivaldibrowser the last few weeks. Mostly like it, but find that #workspaces dont work as expected. Can I not have “persistent” workspaces, eg a workspace for email that always has three specific pinned tabs? Can I not have workspaces accessible across two machines? Also seems pinned tabs forget they are pinned or their urls periodically. I have to recreate everything in my workspaces every few days, which seems pointless. What am I doing wrong? @Vivaldi

Question for all the Vivaldi browser users out there!

This is of course referencing the PC/Web version of the browser, not a mobile version.

When using Work Spaces, is there a way to have different bookmark bars for each Work Space?

For example, I have a Personal Work Space and a Skylight(work) Work Space.

What I'd love to have is, when I click over to my Personal Work Space I have only my personal bookmarks in the bookmark bar.

When I click over to my Skylight Work Space, I only have my Skylight bookmarks in the bookmark bar.

Currently, I have one bookmark bar that is half personal bookmarks and half Skylight bookmarks.

hey you #docker fokes that have any relation to #kasm and kasm #workspaces . do you guys know of any accessible containers that are for the blind? i've tried a few of the regular ones, but in none of them, I couldn't get the orca screen reader to work. and obviously NVDA does not (and cannot) read the video feed. so was wondering. #docker #kasm #linux #blind

不要になったワークスペースを再利用・削除する方法

プロジェクトなどのために Vivaldi で作成した ワークスペース を新しいプロジェクトに再利用したり、単に削除したりすることができます。

ワークスペースを削除するには：

  • ワークスペースメニューを開く
  • アップデートしたいワークスペースを右クリックする
  • コンテキストメニューから「ワークスペースを編集」を選択する
  • 新しい名前を付けて、新しいアイコンを選択する
  • 「完了」をクリックする
  • ワークスペース内のすべてのタブを閉じる

    • ワークスペースを削除するには：

  • ワークスペースメニューを開く
  • アップデートしたいワークスペースを右クリックする
  • 「ワークスペースを削除」を選択する

    • ワークスペースを削除すると中のタブもすべて閉じるため、一部のタブを保持したい場合には、まずタブを移動させるか、最近閉じたタブのメニューから再度開いてください。

    Reuse or delete Workspaces that no longer serve a purpose.

    When you’re done with a project that you created a Workspace for in Vivaldi it’s time to reuse it for a new project, or if there are currently no new projects, just delete it.

    To reuse a Workspace:

  • Open the Workspaces menu.
  • Right-click on the one you want update.
  • Select “Edit Workspace” from the context menu.
  • Give it a new name and select a new icon.
  • Click “Done”.
  • Close all tabs in the Workspace.

    • To delete a Workspace:

  • Open the Workspaces menu.
  • Right-click on the Workspace you want update.
  • Select “Delete Workspace”.

    • Deleting a Workspace will also close all tabs in it. If you want to keep some tabs around, move the tabs first or reopen them from the Closed Tabs menu.
