The first vibes of spring in Champagne. We have worked in t-shirts and 20 degrees Celsius as well as felt our fingers go blue in what felt like polar winds and temperatures close to frost. Spring moves back and forth between the two poles of cold frost of winter and warm airs of summer.

This morning, we were met by this pretty visitor, the peacock butterfly in all its magnificense. The other day I spotted the first common brimstone butterfly with all its yellowness.

A broad selection of birds deliver an all morning until dusk soundscape of spring is here to stay. Blackbird and lark are the easy ones for me. Each spring I wish to get better at this discipline. There is material to work on all around me. Butterflies are easier, I can identify them with an app.
