Il Tempo: Engineering, in primo trimestre ricavi +4,1 %, Ebitda in miglioramento

Roma, 29 mag. - (Adnkronos) - Il Gruppo Engineering ha registrato nel primo trimestre 2026 una crescita organica dei ricavi e un miglioramento della redditivita' in accelerazione rispetto agli ultimi anni, "confermando l'efficacia del percorso di riposizionamento strategico verso attivita' a maggiore valore aggiunto". Lo si legge in una nota in cui si sottolinea come nel periodo considerato "la maggior parte dei principali indicatori economici e patrimoniali del Gruppo ha evidenziato un andamento positivo". In particolare i ricavi sono saliti a 426 milioni di euro in crescita del +4,1 per cento su base organica rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno precedente; l'Ebitda adjusted a 58,3 milioni di euro (+5,9 per cento YoY) mentre l'Ebitda Adjusted post-CapEx a 51 milioni di euro (+9,6 per cento YoY), in miglioramento grazie alla particolare attenzione al contenimento dei costi, a un mix di business piu' favorevole e alla normalizzazione degli investimenti. La leva finanziaria netta si attesta a 4,3 volte l'Ebitda, in miglioramento rispetto al primo trimestre 2025, grazie alla rafforzata capacita' di generazione di cassa, sostenuta dalla maggiore redditivita' e profittabilita' del Gruppo.
La crescita registrata nel trimestre e' trasversale a tutti i principali mercati di riferimento in cui opera il Gruppo ed e' guidata principalmente dalle performance positive nel Public Sector e nell'Healthcare, oltre che dai risultati dei Software Products (+9 per cento) e del Digitech & Consulting (+6 per cento).
Come sottolinea Aldo Bisio, Amministratore delegato del Gruppo "il primo trimestre 2026 conferma la solidita' della direzione intrapresa, caratterizzata da un progressivo spostamento verso attivita' a maggiore valore aggiunto, da una crescente integrazione dell'intelligenza artificiale e da un rafforzamento della disciplina finanziaria. L'evoluzione del nostro modello industriale vede un ruolo centrale della GenAI grazie al lancio dell'architettura modulare IS-IA (Italy's Sovereign Intelligence Architecture), che si fonda sull'Llm proprietario EngGPT 2, per offrire a Pubbliche Amministrazioni e aziende un'Intelligenza Artificiale sovrana, ovvero governabile, efficiente, aperta e in grado di integrarsi con altri modelli generalisti".

Engineering, first-quarter revenues +4.1%, EBITDA improving

Rome, May 29 – (Adnkronos) – The Engineering Group recorded organic revenue growth and an accelerating improvement in profitability in the first quarter of 2026, “confirming the effectiveness of the strategic repositioning path towards higher-value added activities.” This is stated in a note in which it is emphasized that during the period considered “the majority of the Group’s key economic and financial indicators showed a positive trend.” Specifically, revenues rose to €426 million, an increase of +4.1 percent organically compared to the same period of the previous year; adjusted EBITDA to €58.3 million (+5.9 percent YoY) while adjusted EBITDA post-CapEx to €51 million (+9.6 percent YoY), improving thanks to particular attention to cost containment, a more favorable business mix and the normalization of investments. Net financial leverage stands at 4.3 times EBITDA, improving compared to the first quarter of 2025, thanks to the strengthened cash generation capacity, supported by the Group’s higher profitability and profitability.

The growth recorded in the quarter is transversal to all the main markets of reference in which the Group operates and is primarily driven by positive performance in the Public Sector and Healthcare, as well as the results of Software Products (+9 percent) and Digitech & Consulting (+6 percent).

Somehow, through a glitch in my email on my iPhone today, I discovered that several months ago, #Digitech released a new "instantaneous pitch shifter" #guitar #bass #effects pedal called the Hammer On.

What I personally want is just an updated version of the Whammy Ricochet that allows a single semitone setting. It's unbelievable to me that the Digitech engineers overlooked this capability.

Well. I haven’t bought a pedal since I got the Quad Cortex. But this thing is fun!

Has anyone done a DOD #DigiTech PDS #pedal foot switch upgrade?

My dog marked my good old PDS 20/20 echo/chorus/flanger and I cleaned the switches out with deoxit stuff, but this time the switches are not coming back.

I have replacement switches from 'Bay, but I'm considering putting in proper footswitches. pins 1&2 and pins 3&4 are connected all the time, and all the pins are connected when I push the button.

Does anybody know of a forum/board/discussion-site for #loopstation or #loopers? My "Boss RC 202" doesn't work well with my footpedal "Digitech FS 3X". (Loopstation has a moment of shock before it loops, resuting in hickups instead of round loops)
