Airbus met la technologie numérique au service de la lutte contre les incendies

Airbus* a mené à bien un essai inédit de lutte contre les incendies de forêt, en connectant par l'intelligence artificielle des drones, hélicoptères et avions pour réussir des largages d'eau ultra-précis. Opéré depuis le camp militaire des Garrigues à Nîmes, l'essai a mobilisé d'importantes ressources, notamment l'hélicoptère Airbus H130 FlightLab, 2 avions (un ATR 72 et un Cirrus SR20), 4 drones (dont un Airbus Aliaca) et 3 camions du Service départemental d'incendie et de secours du Gard (SDIS 30) pour la collecte et le traitement des données. Afin d'interconnecter l'ensemble du système, Airbus a déployé un réseau mobile privé local dans la zone, connecté à Agnet, la solution de communication critique développée par Airbus pour les services de sécurité et de secours. « Cet essai initial marque une étape importante dans les efforts d'Airbus pour développer un environnement de test et un écosystème complet pour lutter contre les incendies de forêt », indique Airbus.
