I had an uncle who would do shots of maple syrup after dinner, like a digestif. The last time I saw him, I joined him. It's an experience 😉
Besides pancakes and waffles and such, I add some to my chili in the slow cooker, pouring it over the top in the last hour or so. Sounds bizarre, but it's really good!

Douglas fir, Western Red Cedar, broadleaf dock, big-leaf avens and roots, osoberry flowers (white), red flowering currant flowers, salal leaves, usnea, wild fennel, blackberry leaf shoots, Oregon grape flower buds. Since it’s an amaro, I also have a few secret ingredients I’ll be adding….
