Il Tempo: Logistica, Gualtieri (Asstra): "Risorse per investimenti e gestione servizi"

Milano, 13 mag. (Adnkronos) - Per il futuro del settore della logistica "servono risorse sia per gli investimenti che per la gestione dei servizi. L'integrazione di questi due elementi è fondamentale per la strategia generale del settore, anche in ragione del contesto di crisi energetica che stiamo vivendo. E' sì necessario che i contratti di servizio includano gli investimenti ma per garantire la tenuta del settore è necessario dare continuità alle risorse stanziate negli ultimi anni, come è opportuno anche avviare una riflessione sulla leva tariffaria". Così il vicepresidente di Asstra Giuseppina Gualtieri a margine di “Oltre il Pnrr: nuove strategie per il trasporto pubblico locale tra investimenti, decarbonizzazione e innovazione”, svoltosi oggi pomeriggio all'evento fieristico Next Mobility Exhibition.
"Negli ultimi anni, per le risorse messe in campo e le tempistiche stringenti, la spinta garantita dal Pnrr è stata straordinaria e le aziende hanno dimostrato tutte le loro capacità progettuali e tecnico operative - ha aggiunto -. Sono stati messi a terra, in tempi record, anche progetti di grande spessore industriale, che trasferiscono ai territori valore in termini di conoscenza e innovazione, ma anche valore economico e ambientale. Questa trasformazione, che è stata avviata, non può però essere interrotta"
Secondo Gualtieri, le imprese "devono essere messe in grado di affrontare e coprire gli investimenti necessari per mantenere gli standard di mobilità sostenibile perché quello che conta è raggiungere gli obiettivi di qualità e soddisfare i bisogni delle persone e dei territori".

It is necessary that service contracts include investments, but to ensure the stability of the sector, it is necessary to ensure continuity of resources allocated in recent years, and it is appropriate to also initiate a reflection on tariff leverage.” Thus, Vice President of Asstra Giuseppina Gualtieri on the sidelines of “Beyond the PNRR: New Strategies for Local Public Transport Between Investments, Decarbonization and Innovation,” held this afternoon at the Next Mobility Exhibition event.

“In recent years, thanks to the resources put in place and the tight deadlines, the impetus provided by the PNRR has been extraordinary, and companies have demonstrated all their design and technical operational capabilities – she added. “Projects of great industrial weight have also been implemented in record time, transferring value to territories in terms of knowledge and innovation, but also economic and environmental value. This transformation, which has been initiated, however, cannot be interrupted.”

According to Gualtieri, companies “must be able to address and cover the necessary investments to maintain sustainable mobility standards because what matters is reaching quality goals and meeting the needs of people and territories.”
