WalkLakesToday's #LakeDistrict #TrigPoint is on High Pike (the one in the Northern Fells, there are four in Lakeland) where there is also a rather fine stone bench. This is one of the very few Wainwrights on the #CumbriaWay

Chris 🏳️🌈The hubby and I are leaving for a trip to England. We start in London to get over jet lag and sightsee. Then we hike #CumbriaWay (5 days, 75 miles) thru the heart of the lake district, staying in inns each night. Then off to explore #Cotswolds for a week of hiking from village to village. All this will be done with just a large backpack that we will carry on the plane. What we bring we have to carry each day. It's so Amazing Race like.
Scott - mid June through independence day we're off to #England to hike the #cumbriaway in the lakes district and more hiking in the #cotswolds, with a break in London where we are seeing #HarryPotterandCursedChild amongst other things
