Aller, quelques nouvelles de mon levain "Elmich" :

Pour éviter de jeter la moitié du levain à chaque fois que je le nourri, je fais des crumpets. À l'anglaise. Je maîtrise pas encore la recette (pour avoir les petits trous qui se remplissent de beurre fondu), mais ça progresse.
