Holiday cookies!

My attempt at Pork Cube Steak Schnitzel was a success(ish). Did not have a large enough cast iron pan, so did them on my Lodge cast iron stovetop grill. They came out more grilled and less fried.

But the breading was really good. Added salt, pepper and a fair amount of Aleppo pepper for a nice kick. Got the order right - flour, egg then Panko.

Might have to ask Santa for a larger cast iron skillet.

No pics, it was gone in record time before I could get to a camera.
