I’ve freely shared my recent #ADHD diagnosis at work (sometimes in large forums) and every.single.time I’ve had multiple people message me privately to thank me for sharing. Often, they’re #neurodivergent themselves, suspect they may be, or have a child that is. As a #UX professional, #contentdesigner, and #leader, I’m always open to share how diverse teams and thinking is *imperative* to what we do. Also, I’ve yet to have someone hold it against me (that I know). Leaders, be vulnerable!
