- ongoing protests at the local tesla dealership

I’ve been gainfully employed every single minute of my life since I was 15 years old. For the record, that was 25 years ago. I started out bagging groceries, and then moved to making pizza, and then to another grocery store, and finally to a historical magazine. Now, I’m unemployed. I was pretty fine with it when it happened. Well, not fine. I thought I was prepared for it. I thought I knew what was coming. I would apply for new gigs, and I’d put serious effort into my two YouTube channels and my two blogs.

It's a difficult thing to realize that some of the help you receive will come from folks that demand something of you for it. It's why I won't ask my mother for help, and it's why I am so looking forward to this week.
I've got an interview on Tuesday and another Wednesday. I just have to make it through.

J. Hyperion2026 is starting off rough. I lost my job just before the new year. Its stressful but I'm going to do my best to not be swallowed. I am going to be making a more concerted effort for the arts this year to keep me afloat.
