J'ai donc le plaisir de vous annoncer que nous avons dégusté ce matin des scones maison avec de la confiture de griotte et de presque authentique clotted cream. Le résultat était plus ferme qu'onctueux, peut-être cuit un peu trop longtemps ou trop fort, mais riche et délicieux. À perfectionner et refaire.
