600g Weizenmehl Type 1050
400ml Hafermilch
30g Backmalz
1 EL Speiseöl
1 EL Rübensirup
1 EL Salz
1 Tütchen Trockenhefe
- gut durchkneten
- 36h Ruhe, alle 3-6 h einmal plattdrücken und zusammenfalten
- in Backform unter Dampf abbacken:10 min 250°C, dann 50min bei 180°C

Just made a new wheat bread recipe. The best so far! So good!!!

Believe it or not, it was on the back of my Bob's Red Mill flour package.

I doubled time of 2nd rise in pans before baking. Then I added a pan of 1/2 cup of water on bottom shelf of oven and had to cook 5 minutes longer in my uncalibrated oven. Otherwise I followed exact instructions.
