Deliberately back dooring encryption is fucking stupid.
The intent is to stop criminals using encryption. But sooner or later, probably sooner, someone with nefarious intent is going to break the so called backdoor. It will be a shit show and #brexit won't be the only thing the world laughs at the Brits for.
