After the #UK Govt's appalling behaviour towards them in #Brexit talks it is understandable if the #EU declined any thoughts of accepting us back as full members, but it turns out they are a forgiving [& pragmatic] bunch.

@Veza85UE I don't have any resentments towards #Brexit and personally I would be glad to have them back in the EU.

However it must be clear that no preferential treatment will happen. They lost their negotiating power and even their credibility.

One may think that, after years of negotiating #Brexit with as many British PMs as a futsal team, the UK would have understood by now that there's no free trade of goods without free mobility of people in the #EU
