In a decent world, all of them (and those $) would be going toward scaling up clean as rapidly and as equitably as possible. Why have those good people decided to side w/ evil?

Salis was released to house arrest in May 2024 and released a month later after she gained legal immunity by winning a seat in the European Parliament."

Maja T., a German anti-fascist activist, was sentenced to eight years in prison in Hungary for participating in violent assaults against individuals believed to be right-wing extremists during a far-right rally in February 2023. The court found her guilty of attempted grievous bodily harm and being part of a criminal organization, with the attacks resulting in serious injuries to several victims.
