Tryptophan often gets the spotlight during Thanksgiving, with many people blaming it for post-feast drowsiness. However, tryptophan's role in making you sleepy is a bit of a myth. The real culprit behind Thanksgiving food comas is likely the large quantity of food consumed.
As it so happens, turkey doesn't contain more tryptophan than other meats, like chicken and beef. In fact, some foods, like nuts and cheeses, have up to 20 times more tryptophan than turkey.

Wurde nach einer halben Stunde körperlich müde, Reaktionen verlangsamt. Diese Dosierung reichte bei mir leider nicht zum Einschlafen, hab trotzdem lange gebraucht.
ABER! Hab mich fantastisch gefühlt! Die Aminosäure wird in Serotonin umgewandelt. Damit ist das Pülverchen ein Antidepressivum. Hab mich zuweilen regelrecht trippen gefühlt.
Hab das völlig rezeptfrei bei Ebay bestellt und bin soweit mal von der Wirkung verblüfft.
