Otoh some peeps are depressed, clinically depressed, for internal reasons that are also manifested externally, visible plainly to onlookers. Say, for instance, to pluck some wild example outta thin air, #transwomen who are not merely #transgendered in the ultra-broad sense it has come to denote these days, but explicitly [using the nowadays unpopular term frowned on by the kool kids] #transsexual, for whom social & legal #transition is insufficient, but who also desperately need surgical transition? What if such essential goal is denied them for economic or health [or, despicably in many jurisdictions nowadays, political] reasons? Or, what about #PostOp #Transwomen whose outcome failed? I assure you that no amount of vigorous walking, or determined downward-dogging has even a partial benefit for these morbidly depressed peeps.
