Happy Easter. I didn't have any Easter eggs this year (unless you count the cream eggs, probably best not to ask how many of those I've eaten) but we did have a roast dinner this year. It was very nice.
I made a semi-vegetarian mushroom cassoulet for dinner today with shitake, crimini, and king oyster mushrooms. It is semi- vegetarian because we only had chicken stock in the house.
