Making this wiped me out, yay fatigue

But everyone seemed to enjoy it, so that’s brilliant, had to cut back on the garlic as one family member is having issues with it right now, but I think it all tasted pretty great

I am making Christmas dinner today with help from Megan

Started out by making some homemade cranberry sauce, I hate the stuff but everyone else likes it, so I just reduced down some cranberries in port with some sugar

On Sunday I was asked to do a trail run of the Christmas dinner menu I intend to cook

So I made garlic roast potatoes, spiced roast carrot, parsnips, onion and leek, not on my plate were buttered sprouts with chestnuts and almonds and honey glazed red cabbage, steamed broccoli was insisted on

Left me shattered today however, the issues of a chronic illness

We used to always have breakfast together on a Sunday morning, but not so much since we moved to Hartlepool

So today we are gonna start that again, and I made us some croissants with ham, scrambled egg and some cheese for us

I madefood twice this weekend, first up was a twist on beans on toast, well, not really, I just shoved beans and sausages and cheese in a tortilla wrap and then put it in the sandwich press, it was nice, but messy

And tonight I managed to cook dirty rice with lots of help from @lindsaylikestea

I still hate our hobs and I really need precut veg and stuff, but it worked out ok

I can’t afford much in the way of presents this year, but I do make a mighty fine Kansas City BBQ sauce, so some friends and family will get a bottle of this rocket sauce!
