Looks like #DonutLab just announced their solid state battery that is supposed to be in production already and shipping in verge motorcycles this quarter. If this is true this seems huge for any battery powered device. 400 Wh/KG, 100k cycles, quick charging, safe and they are saying lower cost than lithium due to them not using scarce materials. The verge motorcycle is supposed to be 370 mi per charge compared to zeros 179 mi. Hopefully we see it in mobile devices soon.
