Calling sleep inertia "sleep drunkness" is spot on. I just got up, far to fast, and didn't wait that the inertia lets go off my brain.

In result, I could not walk straight, my eyesight was blurred, my speech slurred, and my thinking skills were on the level of someone inebriated.

It is also a state in which someone should never drive a car, make desicions, or do anything a drunk person shouldn't do.
