Maybe I should use Idiopathic Hypersomnia's more scientific description more often and refer it as "a rare neurological sleep-wake disorder of unknown origin or cause".
A lot of people don't know that IH effects you 24/7, not just at night. Life with a sleep disorder like mine is often dictated by the ebbs and flows of the disorder because if is so constant.
But I guess not everyone ubderstands the constant sleep pressure even if I use the big words.
