The most competent members of the administration, #ColinPowell (the only cabinet member with actual war experience and to boot a successful war *in Iraq* which even a minimally competent person—though clearly not #Dubya—might recognize as relevant) and #CondoleezzaRice were sidelined and their departments made subservient to the #DOD.
