- Start with unachievable goals
- Layout virtually no plan of action or contingencies
- Fail to identify risks
- Ignore and/or dismiss the strengths of the opposing side
- Put unskilled and incompetent people in charge
- Lie about the situation and outcome
- Blame everyone else

Of course Iran won an illegal war that Trump and Netanyahu started.

As a reminder, the US has been at some form of war for approximately 220 of its 250 years. Including a failure rate of well over 50%. (citing in a previous post)

Not much to be proud of in our 250 years.

Sounds like Trump put himself between a rock and a hard place. He has no good options and thus must retreat, but will pitch it as a win.

Interesting how a couple Republicans ask questions while many others blindly follow. Several have political stakes like Sen. Moreno (R-Ohio, running for re-election) who said #Trump is a "phenomenal negotiator," & his "deal" is "really monumental” (whatever it is), so they must let him "do what he needs to do."
