I due principali metodi della #cabala #tradizionale ed #esoterica sono la #meditazione (yoga) e la #magia.

Per yoga s'intende quel sistema rigoroso di #disciplina, #mentale e di #sé, che ha come fine primario il controllo completo e assoluto del principio #pensante, #Ruach, e come obiettivo ultimo quello di ottenere la facoltà di arrestare a #volontà il flusso del #pensiero, sì da consentire nel #silenzio così prodotto il manifestarsi di quanto oltre la #mente.
