Mit dem Fernzug von Cottbus oder Prenzlau nach Berlin: Bislang ist das mit dem Deutschlandticket möglich. Allerdings will die Deutsche Bahn ein entsprechendes Angebot einstellen. Es fahren einfach zu viele Menschen Zug.

One of the things that attracted me to Sydney is that it is arguably the “most tolled city in the world”. I did my dissertation on road pricing, and so from a research perspective this presents a huge opportunity. Road pricing has been the great white whale
Notice there's a bit of buzz about #RoadPricing going round. I've been mildly in favour for years but now wondering if it would be possible to find a mechanism other than money to use to ration road time. I want to reduce motor traffic but I don't want to do that by just removing poorer people from the roads.
Overall preferable to make the alternatives to driving so overwhelmingly great it's a no-brainer but having recently hired a car I can see why people like them.
