Nikon has announced the first camera in the Z Cinema series of products designed specifically for filmmakers: the full-frame Nikon ZR.

@Jain It's just that if one uses #REDCODE - #RAW in production, one better have something that can outgun a RAID-01 of 8 NVMe's with 4 PCIe lanes each...

Because most #DisklessWorkstation setups are with negligible I/O for reasons.

And yes, I did in fact design some actual setup that does diskless with high IOPS, but that project blew 8 digits just on hardware alone and they certainly didn't pay MSRP...
