Oft sind ja innovative DEV Trams dazu verdammt, nach einer innovativen Produktentwicklung über Jahre die doch stark gleichartige Wartung und moderate Weiterentwicklung ihres Programms mit simplen Dingen wie tausendfach dagewesenen Im- und Export Festures anzureichern.
Oder ist in deiner Sicht agile nur im Projekt (als neuartiges Unterfangen, unklarer Outcome etc.) Sinn?

• Ich bespreche, dass agiles Arbeiten nur in unsicheren Umfeldern sinnvoll ist und sich nicht auf repetitive Tätigkeiten anwenden lässt.
• Der Fokus sollte auf Werten und Kundennutzen liegen, nicht auf starren Methoden.

• Agiles Arbeiten macht nur in unsicheren Umfeldern Sinn – wo das Ziel klar, der Weg dorthin jedoch ungewiss ist.
• Der Fokus sollte auf Werten, Kundennutzen und Outcome liegen, nicht auf starren Methoden und Ritualen.

Was kommt nach "Agil" oder ist "Agil tot"? Beides lese ich immer wieder. Bei beidem muss ich den Kopf schütteln. Daher höchste Zeit, das mal in einer Folge aufzugreifen.
Ok, auf diese Folge bin ich ein bisschen stolz... Sind wir in einem "Post Agile" Zeitalter? (Ich denke nicht)
