Met deze bevraging wil de Werkgroep Klimaat beter begrijpen hoe jongeren omgaan met voeding.

Today we have a small but mighty 'fake fat' delight... Pasta alla Panna with Crispy Speck from "De Vegetarische Slager".
The vegan cream is by Alpro. I prepared a garlic, oil, and chili base, and made the vegan speck super crispy near the end. Added the cream and some vegan ParmGiano, a splash of pasta water, and the creamy texture is guaranteed !!!!

We gently sautéed thyme, rosemary, and garlic until golden, then added a jar of lentils, a small potato cut into blocks to thicken the soup, half an IPA beer from Brouwerij 't IJ, and water.
