I made a satay sauce from scratch, using loads of ingredients for once. Peanut butter, soy sauce, chilli, lemongrass, small amounts of cumin and coriander, brown sugar, coconut milk, lime juice, garlic & ginger. I marinated some tofu and fried it in breadcrumbs and had it with oven chips pan fried baby broccoli and lots of chopped spring onion.
