* passive solar apartment buildings
* (e)bikes everywhere like Amsterdam
* 100% sponge city
* no NIMBY neighbor veto on housing
* mixed-use zoning accessible from sidewalks everywhere like Tokyo
* trains everywhere
* 100% renewable
