But is any city talking about building more multi-family housing, which takes up a lot less space per household than single-family homes? The #UnitedStates is full of suburban sprawl and #SingleFamilyZoning.
Various prejudices make building multi-family housing hard.

The best possible thing that blue states can do to undermine Texas, Florida and the like (hell, even my state of Georgia) is to make blue states’ housing more affordable.
California and Oregon, which are burning and drying so much, are only starting to fix this a bit late in the day. The Midwest, especially Michigan, has an opportunity to do the same.
