Als je appelpannenkoek niet helemaal gelukt is .. Of eerder helemaal niet. Maar hij smaakt nog steeds :) Ik heb het rogge zuurdesem gebruikt wat ik overhield bij het maken van de inmiddels overleden starter, met wat witte bloem erbij.
