Today was all about conservation of energy so I could gradually increase my ride distance without aggravating my #LongCovid. But I managed a 40 mile ride and even managed a very short section at my old pace. Admittedly I had to cut 20 miles off what would have been my usual route, but I’m happy with what I managed. Hopefully because I spent most of my time in zone one/two I’ll not have the terrible #PEMS over the next few days. #Bianchi #OltreXR4

This report follows from a literature investigation into the current state-of-the-art of PEMS EFM SI-traceable calibration procedures.

MetroPEMS stakeholder workshop
