@mararrort Hay versiones #fate y no sé si de #SavageWorld para #eclipsephase
Siendo yo pro simulacionista, Yo usaría #mspace mas ciertas reglas caseras o por algo como #openquest en su encarnación #riversofheaven
Además se podría adaptar a #traveller o usar un sistema ultra ligero como #comaeengine
Running an online convention for #OpenQuest, weekend of the 8th/9th July.
Registration for OpenQuest Online 2023 now open.
Finally getting into my groove with this and currently heads down finishing it. It's been a difficult project because I spend a lot of time trying to differentiate #OpenQuest from being just another fantasy game based off #DnD 🤣
Here's a blog post about it https://openquestrpg.com/2023/06/20/what-openquest-dungeons-sets-out-to-do/
D101 Games has released its OpenQuest SRD under a Creative Commons License
This bodes well for next month's exploration into making my d% based game.
I say exploration, because I am focused on running games and worldbuilding for the Cypher System.
Nothing too exciting to show today graphically. But I've decided to drop the idea of building my own RPG system on top of trying to code my own game. 🙂
So I've decided to use aspects from the #OpenQuest RPG system using the SRD available online, as designed by the amazing @Newt_Newport
Right now all characteristics map correctly onto the characters and I've got a great toolkit to build from!
Spending the weekend putting the final polish on the next book for #OpenQuest, OpenQuest Dungeons.
This one has been done in bits and pieces. It almost had conflicting design goals at time. On the one hand, it's a book of advice on how to get D&D familiar players and GMs converted to the joys of D100. It's a resource book of things to help the GM make this shift. Finally, it's a set of three adventures that were initially unconnected but now have a common setting and form a mini-campaign.
