Ich habe Shelly deinstalliert und bin wieder zu Octopi zurückgekehrt.

Shelly ist das Schlechteste, was ich je ausprobiert habe – und ich habe 23 Jahre Erfahrung mit Linux. Ich hoffe, dass es sich um einen einmaligen Fehler der Entwickler von CachyOS handelt. Jetzt bleibt nur noch, dass sie ihn erkennen und beheben.

He desinstalado Shelly y vuelto a Octopi.

Shelly es lo peor que he probado nunca, y van 23 años en Linux. Espero que sea un error puntual de los desarrolladores de CachyOS, ahora solo falta reconocerlo y corregirlo.

#Kater steigt ungefragt beim #Prusa ein... Resultat: 3h lange Fehlersuche warum der #octopi mit #octoprint den #3ddrucker nicht mehr erkennt. Das HAT-Board war wohl durch zu viel Katzengewakle relativ zum #raspberrypi verrutscht 🙄🙄🙄 #fml

I only last night heard about #Shelly as I was watching a video talking about #pikaos and comparing it to #CachyOS "and it's new graphical package manager..." Wait what? I use cachyos... So I checked it out. Seems very fast and you can enable #AUR and #flatpak support. I was using a mixture of #octopi / #yay for AUR packages and #kde #discover just for flatpaks. But if this does both as it seem to then that's very much a win for me

Look at the little octopus holding on to the big octopus! omg so cute. I hope I become a ghost when I die so that I can go underwater and watch these things swim around for millennia. Maybe when humans are long gone it will be the Octopi's turn and they will rise out of the ocean to seek God in the stars
