Didn't do #parkrun this weekend of the 20th anniversary as I'd signed up for the Glasgow to Edinburgh race 🤦 It starts at the Riverside Museum at 6am then follows the River Kelvin, the Forth and Clyde Canal, passes the Falkirk Wheel, then the Union Canals and the Water of Leith. It ends after 92.5km at Saughton Sports Complex. The winner effectively ran 18.5 back-to-back parkruns with an average time of 21 minutes per parkrun 🤯 I finished a few hours later feeling very sore #GBUltras #notparkrun

Very late cancellation at parkrun today. Was confirmed going ahead but late rain turned everything into sheet ice. Went to a local country park instead, saw some deer roaming about but should have just gone home. Lethal ice, even on the trails, so much more walking than running 🥶😬 Gonna have a sore back with all the clenching I was having to do!

After a less than successful run earlier I've decided I'm still not well enough to do 5k, have put Spooks on (had completely forgotten about the fryer scene) and am back in the Irish records, looking at workhouse inhabitants
