44k trail race in two weeks. Time to taper a bit.

It took us 9:30 hours moving time for 60k. Did it with my favourite human being. For her it was more than twice what she ever run before in one go.
Wir brauchten 9:30h aktive Zeit für die 60k. Machte es mit meiner Lieblingsperson. Es war mehr als die doppelte Strecke, die sie vorher jemals am Stück gelaufen ist.

Did a run around a lake. Due to physical reasons lakes tend to be quite flat, but we still had 1800m elevation gain/loss.
