I agree that Tesla should be held financially liable for the deaths of the kids in the back seat who suffocated and/or burned up in the crash in Piedmont, even though all of the kids (including the driver) apparently were high on drugs & alcohol.

Because, in legal terms, "but for" for the #negligent design of the #Cybertruck, even under the influence, the kids in the back seat could have gotten out of the truck if there was simply a manual door opener available to exit the vehicle.

Hope the parents of the 2 kids in back ream Tesla for $100's of Millions.
