I have been struggling to fins some equilibrium after this horrific outflow of racism, and hate from #SKKKOTUS and the southern states. There is no place for racism in my life, in society, in science or in government. Those trying to revert back to Jim Crow are mentally ill, but cannot recognize their illness or the harm they are causing.

Since Hummingbird season is in full 'flight', I have been working on photos of hummingbirds for a few days, along with reviewing photos of happy places.

Dr. Richarson's Letter this morning says it all

Quoting Harold James (Georgia) per Joyce White Vance from the letter -

“Let’s sum it up for everybody. The biggest bloc of middle and working class voters are Black people. When Republicans strip Black people’s political power away, it doesn’t just strip one community of power.
